Directions for a Weber Grill
Weber grills are used for your outdoor cooking and grilling needs. The Weber grills can cook a variety of food from vegetables like corn and peppers to mushrooms and a large assortment of meat and fish. Cooking is either direct or indirect, depending on the delicacy of the food you are cooking. Burgers and corn can be cooked over the direct heat while fish and boned chicken should be cooked using the indirect method. Does this Spark an idea?

Open the lid of the Weber grill and open all of the vents.

Pile the charcoal in the center of the grill for the direct heating method. Use between 15 and 150 briquettes depending on the size of the grill. For the indirect method, place between eight and 75 briquettes on each side of the grill, leaving enough room in the center for the drip pan.

Add 1 to 2 tsp. of lighter fluid to the charcoal and light them on fire. Place the lid over the grill for 25 to 30 minutes to allow it to heat up.

Remove the lid and spread the coals out evenly if you are cooking by the direct method. If you are using the indirect method place the drip pan between the coals.

Place the food on the top of the grill, cover it and allow it to cook until it is done. Remove the food from the grill when it's finished.
