How to Build Exercise Steps Out of Timber
Exercises are done using many types of equipment. To work your calves, hamstrings and quadriceps, a step exercise motion is needed. This will require using a stair or exercise step. These can be purchased at a store that sells various types of exercise equipment. You can save money and build your own exercise step out of wood or timber. However, you need to know the size of step you want to build.
