You can treat head lice with ingredients found at home.

Most people will catch head lice at some point in their lives, although it mostly affects children of school age. Due to the close contact in the classroom environment, head lice spread quickly and easily. Remedies available in stores contain powerful chemicals to kill lice and their eggs (also known as nits). These chemicals can react badly with skin, especially children's skin which is more sensitive. There are also ethical issues surrounding the use of pesticides. It is possible to treat head lice using ingredients found in your home. You will need to repeat the treatment every day for a week.
