Check if the battery of the Camry is dead. If your battery is dead there will be no power available to turn on the starter motor. Stick the key in the ignition and turn the key. Turn on the windshield wipers. If the windshield wipers do not come on then your battery is dead. Also try turning on your vehicle's headlights.

Check the engine for any signs of water damage. If you have driven through high water or a deep puddle, the ignition system of your Camry may have gotten wet. If the ignition system is wet it will not start.
