How to Bleach Brows
If your eyebrows are darker than your hair color, you may want to bleach your brows to a lighter shade, so that your brows and hair match. It is best to keep your brows a few shades darker than your hair, to avoid making them too overpowering. Wash your brows with lukewarm water. Dry your face and brows with a towel.

Apply bleach to your brows using the cotton swabs. Only apply enough cream bleach to cover your brows. Be very careful not to get any bleach in your eyes, as it can blind you.

Wash off the bleach within two minutes -- and dry your brows with a washcloth.

Apply hair coloring to your brows using the cotton swabs, if the bleaching has made your brows red or too light.

If you have red or blonde hair, you should not attempt to bleach your brows.
