1
Begin the invitation with a funny and catchy poem or saying. The poem or saying should lead to the theme of the party and any activities that will be going on.
-
2
Describe necessary information about the time and place of the party in the next section of the invitation. This section should read something like: A bachelorette party for (Bride's name) will be hosted by (usually the maid of honor) at The Winehouse Tavern on June 12, 2011, starting at 6 p.m.

-
3
Provide a list of contact people, if more than just the maid of honor, and their contact information such as their phone number. Ask guests to respond by a certain date in order to ensure that you have enough food and beverages.
-
4
Add a funny, embarrassing picture of the bride to personalize the invitation. Copy and attach a funny picture of the bride-to-be to the inside of the invitation. This picture could be of the bride-to-be in high school acting crazy or at a sorority party. Think of a funny saying such as "This does not even come close to how much fun we will have when we send (bride's name) off to wedded bliss!" This is another way to personalize the party and set a fun and casual tone.
