Instructions for the George Foreman Grill GR30TMR
The George Foreman GR30TMR indoor grill is an indoor cooker designed to fit on a counter top. All George Foreman grills are designed like clam shells, with heating surfaces that contact food on both sides. The grill surface is slanted so fat drips into a grease tray below the grill. Unlike many George Foreman grills, the GR30TMR has a digital timer and a power button on the top of the grill. Does this Spark an idea?

2
Close the grill cover, then plug the power cord into an electrical outlet and press the "On/Off" button on the top of the grill.
-
-
3
Allow the grill to preheat, which takes approximately 5 minutes.
-
4
Lift the grill cover using pot holders, then grease the cooking surface if desired with olive or vegetable oil.

5
Place the food on the cooking surface without the pieces touching. For best results, place flat items on the grill, such as boneless chicken breasts and flat cuts of meat.

Close the lid and cook the food thoroughly until the center reaches the correct temperature. The internal temperature of beef, lamb, veal and pork should range between 160 to 170 degrees. -
7
Lift the lid and use a silicon cooking utensil to remove the food.

Tips & Warnings
If you would like to use the GR30TMR's digital timer to keep track of cooking times, press the "Min" button on the top of the grill repeatedly until the desired number of minutes is displayed on the digital display.
Empty the contents of the drip try into an empty jar and then discard the jar. Emptying the contents directly into a sink will eventually damage the plumbing.
Never wash the GR30TMR in your sink with running water.
