How to Upload Photos to Hosting Websites

Picture files can be displayed with HTML codes.

Many websites that host media files, including various social networking sites, can be found around the Internet. In addition to music and videos, you can upload images to hosting sites and then use simple HTML codes to display them on a message board or your personal website.

Instructions

1. Navigate to a hosting website, such as FileFactory, MegaUpload or MediaFire (see "Resources" below).

2. Click "Browse" on the homepage of the hosting website and use the pop-up menu to select the image file from your computer.

3. Select the file and click "Open."

4. Select "Upload" after you return to the website page. Allow your file to load on the site and launch the next page.

5. Copy the "Embed" code on the following page and paste this code onto your website or message board.
