Create an e-gold account if you do not already have one. You will need to create a user name and password as well as provide your mailing address, bank checking and routing numbers and your email address. The bank information is required to transfer money from your bank account to your e-gold account.

Log in to your PayPal account. Click the "Withdraw" tab and choose "Transfer to bank account."

Choose the bank account used to link your e-gold account in Step 1. If the bank account is not attached to your PayPal account, you can add it by selecting "Add bank account" and entering the same account and routing numbers as Step 1.

Route your money from the PayPal account into your bank account. Wait three to four business days for the transfer to complete.

Log in to your e-gold account again. Select "Transfer Money" followed by which bank account from which you want to transfer money and how much you want to transfer into your e-gold account. Wait three to four business days for this process to complete as well.
