How to Transfer Files Via Bluetooth on a Palm Treo

Bluetooth technology makes transferring files effortless. Using Bluetooth on your Palm Treo and a different smart phone or computer, you can transfer documents or media files that you want to share. Bluetooth allows you to quickly connect between devices at short range, wirelessly. Use your Treo to the fullest by transferring via Bluetooth.

Instructions

1. Use the Treo while standing or sitting close to the device that you want to transfer files with.

2. Press the "Home" button to open the applications menu and select "Bluetooth."

3. Choose "On."

4. Open the file that you want to send.

5. Press the "Menu" button.

6. Select "Send," "Bluetooth" and "OK."

7. Confirm on your computer or other device that you want to receive the file.
