How to Upload Pictures on IStockphoto

If you have your own Web page, it can only be enhanced by adding various photos and pics to the layout. But many photos you can find require you to pay royalties if you are going to use them commercially. iPhoto offers royalty-free photos that can be uploaded directly to your computer.

Instructions

1. Turn on your home computer and open your Internet browser. Navigate to iStockphoto's website. (See Resources.)

2. Create a membership if you haven't already by clicking the "Sign Up" tab in the top-right corner of the screen. Enter your email information, choose a username and password and agree to the licensing terms.

3. Browse the selection of photos until you come to the photo you would like to load onto your computer.

4. Click the "Download Now" tab in the lower-right corner of the screen.

5. Enter your payment information when prompted if there is a charge for the particular photo, and then confirm. The status bar that appears on screen will inform you when the photo finishes uploading to your computer.
