How to Create MSN Muggins

Muggins are dynamic display pictures (DDP) that you may use for your MSN Messenger profile pictures. These are animated images that you may customize by choosing a character, outfit and background. There are several websites that offer free MSN Muggin images. Note that none of these websites are affiliated with MSN. You will need an MCO installer to use Muggins on your MSN Messenger.
