Wear a white turtleneck shirt. Choose a long-sleeved shirt that fits loosely. If you can find one, choose one with flowing sleeves, as well.

Wear a white long skirt. Choose a loose-fitting skirt that comes to your ankles. Wear a silver belt around your waist.

    • 3

Wear white tights and white shoes.

    • 4

Part your hair down the center. Use a flat iron to straighten your hair. Start at the roots and work your way down to the tips. Pull your hair into two ponytails, one on each side of your head. Position the ponytails just below the backside of your ears. Twist the ponytails seven times. Wrap the twisted hair around the base of the ponytail to make a bun. Pin it in place with bobby pins.

Wear natural looking makeup to finish the look.

    • 6

Carry a replica blaster or additional effect. Leia's weapon is called the DDC Defender.

Tips & Warnings

  • Traditionally, Leia's costume is loose fitting and flowing. However, you can take liberty with the fit and cut of the costume and still be recognized. For example, if you want a sexier look, wear a tighter fitting shirt and skirt.

  • If your hair is not long enough, you can use a wig to make the buns.
