How to Eliminate a Refractory Period

Many men want to know how to increase their sexual stamina. One way to do this is by eliminating what is known as the "refractory period." The refractory period is the amount of time between a man's last orgasm and his next erection. Feeling tired after an orgasm, or having to wait long periods until achieving another erection, can be frustrating to both partners. But fear not, there are ways to decrease and even eliminate your refractory period for increased pleasure in bed.

Step 1

Make sure that you are well-rested and have had enough to eat before working on your refractory period. If you are sick or have low energy, you defeat the purpose and potential of achieving longer erections.

Practice eliminating your refractory period in privacy before doing so with a partner. It may take time for you to perfect the technique, and doing so alone may be less awkward that in front of someone else.

Masturbate until you achieve a strong, firm erection. Hold the erection for as long as possible before achieving orgasm.

After you are able to hold the erection for longer periods of time, stop yourself from having an orgasm just before it happens. Wait a few minutes, then begin masturbating again. Prevent orgasm as many times as possible, then repeat the steps until your refractory period shortens.
