How to Machine Embroider Vellux Blankets
Vellux blankets are velvety soft and nice to wrap up in on a cold winter night. The material is made in such a way that it provides warmth without much weight. This makes it a perfect blanket to use all year round. The Vellux material is durable and hypo-allergenic. Adding personalization to a Vellux blanket using machine embroidery requires a special material called fabric stabilizer. Fabric stabilizer looks like a type of interfacing, but is used to keep the fabric from stretching and distorting during the machine embroidery process.
