How to Troubleshoot a Conex DT-55

The Conex DT-55 telephone remote control allows you control of up to 10 SPDT relays from a touch-tone telephone network. If the network you have the DT-55 connected to experiences a power outage or some other type of interruption, it could cause your DT-55 to lock up or otherwise not work correctly. In such a case, you can reset the DT-55 to its initial power-up state to try and solve the problem.

Instructions

    • 1

Locate the "Reset" button. It is on the left side of the DT-55 underneath the "Line LED," "Access LED" and "Tone LED" buttons.

    • 2

      Press the "Reset" button.

    • 3

Wait for the DT-55 to power up to its usual state.

Tips & Warnings

  • Resetting the unit reverts it to its initial power-up state. Any changes you made are lost.
