How to Increase Faerie Abilities on "Neopets"
The land of Neopia is home to six faeries that can impart useful skills upon your Neopets. By collecting and releasing the light, dark, earth, air, fire and water faeries onto your pets, you can provide them with the skills they may need to win battles and complete challenges. Increasing abilities is not an exact science and relies in many ways upon chance as you play games and explore the world of Neopia. If you're active in the battle dome, gaining and increasing your ability levels will provide you with valuable tools that are worth the time and effort spent obtaining them.

Purchase a bottled faerie to unlock new abilities. Each of the six faeries has a distinct collection of abilities that can be gained from their blessings.

Open your inventory, and locate the faerie.

Click on the faerie to open the menu for this item.

Select the option to bless the appropriate pet from the drop-down list of choices. The faerie will either bless the pet, opening up this series of abilities, or fly away. If the faerie flies away, it indicates that your pet needs to increase its level and try again.

Obtain neggs, and feed them to your pets to increase faerie abilities or acquire new ones. The radioactive negg will increase a random faerie ability when eaten. The plaid negg may also increase a random ability, though it also has a chance of simply changing your pet's color. Other neggs provide specific abilities. The spinning negg gives the air shield faerie ability, confusioneggs provide the psychic blast faerie ability, rainwater neggs give the steam shield faerie ability and the cackling negg will provide your pet with the shadow health faerie ability.

Visit the various game wheels in Neopia once a day for a chance to increase a faerie ability. If you land on the right spot when spinning the wheel, you may get an increase to one of your faerie abilities.
