Blot up any wet cat urine from the ceramic tile floor with paper towels. Lay several paper towels on top of the urine, and allow them to absorb the liquid. Remove the paper towels promptly.

Mix 4 cups water with 1 cup white vinegar in a bucket. Wet a clean rag with the mixture. Wipe the rag over the affected area on the ceramic tile.

Rinse the area with a clean, wet rag. Dry the ceramic tile with a clean rag.

To remove cat urine odor, sprinkle a small amount of baking soda over the area, and allow it to remain at least three to four hours before cleaning it from the tile with a damp rag.
