How to Paint Formica Kitchen Counters
Although the Formica Group manufactures several different types of countertops, the trade name "Formica" is commonly associated with a plastic laminate used to surface kitchen tables and counters. You can update your old Formica counters by painting them. For the best results, however, use a paint designated specifically for countertops, available at home and garden centers.
