How to Retrieve Your "Neopets" Account Password

"Neopets" is an online browser-based role-playing game that allows you to create your own pet and use it to interact with other players around the world. Your "Neopets" account is protected from hackers with a case-sensitive password. If you forget the password you used to sign up, "Neopets" will send a reminder to the email address registered in your account.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the "Neopets" website.

2. Click "Login to Neopets!"

3. Click "Forgot Password."

4. Enter your user name in the text box that pops up, and click "Go." Your "Neopets" password will be sent to the email address on file for your account within 15 minutes.

5. Log into your email account, and open the email from "Neopets" containing your password.

6. Copy or write down your password, and return to the "Neopets" website to log in.
