Buy the fabric you plan on using to make your angel costume at the same time. Verify on the pattern's package or website to ensure that you purchase enough fabric to complete the costume. Lay out your fabric upside down on a flat surface and ensure that there are no wrinkles in it. Iron it first if necessary. Cut out the pieces of your purchased or printed pattern and place them on the upside-down fabric.
