How to Use a Traffic Shaper
Traffic shaping is a technique computer users can implement to speed up upload and download speeds on their computers. Traffic shaping makes sure that acknowledgment (ACK) packets are both sent and returned at customizable speeds. This allows users to download and upload files, at speeds of their choice, with their computer. In order to use traffic shaping on your computer, you need to download and install a traffic shaping program.
