How to Wash Kushies Cloth Diapers

Fill your diaper pail halfway with cold water. Mix in 1/4 cup of baking soda or vinegar.

Rinse the diaper flap of soiled diapers under cold water. Add the diapers to the pail and soak them overnight.

Add the presoaked diapers to the washing machine. Run the spin cycle to clear out excess water. Run the diapers through a warm water wash cycle with your preferred detergent, using only half the usual amount for the load size.

Rinse the diapers completely. Run the washing machine through an extra rinse if needed.

Put the diapers into the dryer and run the dryer cycle on low heat. Alternatively, hang the diapers outside to air-dry.
