Neopets is an online community where you can create an virtual pet. The site also offers games in which your Neopet must explore Neopia, gathering items and defeating evil characters in the battledome. One of the first evil characters who can be fought is the Pant Devil. This creature is harder to find than defeat. He can be found and challenged either through a random encounter when he steals something from you or by landing on him in the Wheel of Excitement.

Challenge the Pant Devil when he steals an item from you during a random encounter or when you land on him on the Wheel of Excitement. The Pant Devil will accept your challenge to the battle dome. The battle dome is where you will have to fight and defeat the Pant Devil. Have at least 15 strength and 15 defense, along with at least 20 health before challenging the Pant Devil.

Use a weapon that will freeze the Pant Devil when you are fighting him, such as the snowglobe staff or the ice club on your first attack. You can add defense or healing along with the attack if necessary. Adding defense or healing with keep the Pant Devil from defeating you quickly.

Use weapons you have purchased or obtained during game play. Weapons like the dual water muffins or double scarab rings will defeat him. The Pant Devil is one of the first characters you face and he is not very strong.

Use other weapons available to you to defeat the Pant Devil if you don't have water muffins. New players to the battle dome may be best suited to use their constant weapon, which is the icon of the weapon always displayed on the screen. Each player chooses his constant weapon. Continue using the constant weapon until the Pant Devil is defeated.
