How to Cook With a Propane Camp Stove
Propane camp stoves give the camper a reliable method for cooking. The camp stove is fueled by a small propane canister that attaches to the stove and releases propane fumes. These fumes are ignited under the grates of the camp stove and the flame cooks whatever is on the stove. Propane camp stoves offer a much cleaner cooking surface when camping. Some propane camp stoves come equipped with windscreens on both sides of the stove to protect the flame from the wind.
Instructions

-
1
Unfold the legs and set up the propane camp stove.
-
2
Attach the hose nozzle at the end of the hose hanging from the stove to the nozzle on the canister of propane by turning the nose nozzle counterclockwise until it is tight and cannot be turned anymore.
-
-
3
Turn the knob on the propane canister counterclockwise to allow the propane to flow into the camp stove. If the canister does not have a knob, it will automatically start the flow of propane when attached to the hose nozzle.
-
4
Push the start button on the camp stove until it clicks. The spark from pushing this button in will ignite the propane fumes and light the stove. If the stove does not have an instant light start button, turn on the stove burner using the knobs on the front of the stove to high. Use a grill lighter to light the stove burner.
-
5
Place your food on the stove grates. When finished cooking, turn the knobs on the front of the camp stove to the off position. Disconnect the propane canister from the hose nozzle.
