My MagicDisc Multiple Drives Won't Read a CD
MagicDisc is an ISO or International Organization for Standardization file that is a "mirror image" of an audio and/or video file. It creates about 15 virtual drivers from existing audio CDs, video CDs or DVDs as well as gaming software, placing the copies on your computer's hard drive. You can then play the game, video or audio without having to reinsert a CD or DVD. As with any software suite, MagicDisc occasionally does not run properly.

Check the physical audio or video discs for scratches, indentations or any other defects that may cause it not to be properly read. Insert the CD or DVD into another device such as a radio or DVD player to see if it plays.
-
2
Check your computer's CD/DVD reader. Look to see if dust has accumulated internally by shining a flashlight into the opening slot. Try to play other CDs and DVDs on your computer using different applications such as Windows Media Player or Quicktime.
