Place one of the stabilizer bars on the ground with the warning label on the top side. Slide two provided bolts through the holes at the bottom of the stabilizer bar. Press the main frame bar onto the bolts that are now through the bar, and tighten two nuts on the end of the bolts to secure the frame. Do this by holding the bolt in place with one crescent wrench and tightening the nut with the other. Place two end caps on the ends of the stabilizer bar using the rubber mallet to tamp them down.

Place a screw through a small bumper and attach the bumper to the bottom hole on the frame by tightening it with the Phillips screwdriver. Place a cap on the end of the backrest frame and place this frame on the main frame. Insert a bolt into the hole at the top of the backrest frame and tighten it down with a locknut. Do not tighten too much, as this piece will need to pivot. Place a spacer between the two brackets; insert a bolt through the holes in the backrest bracket and the spacer and secure with a nut. Press a locking pin through the adjustment holes on the backrest frame and the main frame. Secure the backrest onto the frame with the screws provided and the standard screwdriver.

Attach the seat frame using the same method to attach the back frame as in step 4, using the remaining bolt holes at the top of the main frame. Attach the seat to the brackets on the seat frame with the provided screws and the standard screwdriver. Place caps on the end of the pad tubes, and mount each tube to the seat frame using the same method.
