How to File Wisconsin Sales Tax

Wisconsin sales tax must be filed electronically using the My Tax Account, file transmission or sales telefile located on the Wisconsin Department of Revenue website. You will receive a notification 90 days before the due date of your filing, which will include the dates that need to be filed. My Tax Account offers online tax service for free and allows you to file, amend, make payments, manage and update your sales tax account. File transmission allows you to upload your sales tax documents online and sales telefile is a voice response program that does not require Internet access.
