Printing allows users to have a physical copy of documents.

Computer printers are useful tools. Most applications give users the option of printing work directly, but there comes a time when the default print settings are not suitable for a task. By understanding the basics of print toolbars, users can change settings for the quantity, range and paper size of a print job. Printing on smaller paper dimensions requires only a few extra steps.
