- Zucchini pulp of 10 to 15 zucchinis
- Spatula or wooden spoon
- Salt and pepper to taste

Put the chopped onions and olive oil in a skillet. Put the chopped onions and olive oil in a skillet. Saute the chopped onions in the olive oil.

Stir in the zucchini pulp. Stir in the zucchini pulp of 10 to 15 zucchinis.

Stir occasionally while simmering for 10 to 20 minutes. Set the heat on high and cook until it bubbles. Set the heat to low and simmer for 10 to 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Tips & Warnings
This recipe can be served hot or cold. Squeeze in some lemon and serve with some pita as a dip.
