Go through your baby's closet and select a few of your favorite outfits that you would like to consider for the shoot. Purchase something new if you feel it's necessary. Select two or three definite options and have a back up in case one of the others gets dirty.

Try not to schedule a photo session just before nap time or when your baby is due to eat. You want to make sure they are happy and comfortable.
