How to Remove Printing in MapPoint
MapPoint is a program designed by Microsoft that allows users to plan routes and look at maps of any town or state within a country. These are very detailed maps and are kept up to date with annual updates that try to keep up with the construction and changes in any roads around the area that it is mapping. "MapPoint" has a printing function which can be changed or removed.

Disconnect the printer from the computer. This will remove the ability of the user to print anything from the program.

Uninstall the printer from the computer by going to the "Devices and Printers" located under the "Start" menu. Right click on the printer and select "Uninstall drivers" or "Disable." This will remove the printing ability from "MapPoint."

Open "MapPoint" and go to "File" and select "Print." Go to "Printer Properties" and check the box which says "Automatically open XPS documents using the XPS viewer." This will remove the printing option and instead open the file in a picture viewer.
