How to Get Closed Caption on My PC
Closed captioning subtitles are available on videos that include subtitle files. If you are hearing impaired, or if there is a lot of ambient noise where you are trying to watch, you can enable subtitles on the Windows Media Player on your PC. A filter, readily available online, is required to do this. Once it's installed, viewing closed captioned subtitles on your PC is a straightforward process.

Tips & Warnings
Do a Google search for your video's subtitle file if it is not present in the main directory.
Subtitle files end with the .sub extension. This file must be present and have the same name as your video file, and the two files must be in the same folder.
