Access the SCANA website and follow the link on the right-hand side of the page to the "Contact Us" section. SCANA does not allow you to send emails from your own account or address. Instead, you must fill out their contact form, after which an email will be generated and forwarded to the relevant department.

Determine to which subject your email pertains. After accessing the "Contact Us" form, you will be asked to choose between "About SCANA," "Investor Relations," "Community Affairs," "Environment," "Careers," "Economic Development," "Suppliers" and "SCANA Website." If your email does not fit with any of these categories, there is also an option for "None of the Above."

Complete the contact form and provide all necessary information. In order to email SCANA, you will have to provide your name, email address, street address, city, state and zip code. After providing this information, you will then be able to add your comments or questions for SCANA to see.

Allow two business days for a response. Once your email is generated, it will be forwarded and then read by the relevant department at SCANA. The response will be sent to the email address you provided.
