How to Reset a Samsonite Combo Lock

Samsonite is an American company, founded in 1910, that offers a wide range of luggage for business professionals. One of its most popular types of luggage is the combination lock briefcase. These briefcases come in two styles, with either a button or a lever. The default combination for these briefcases is always "000." The combination can be changed at any time and reset over and over again.

Instructions

Button Style

1. Open the suitcase.

2. Set all of the numbers on the dial to "0."

3. Push the button in toward the dial. While holding the button, set your desired combination then release the button.

Lever Style

1. Open the suitcase.

2. Set all of the numbers on the dial to "0."

3. Turn the lever to the lowest position. While holding the lever, set the desired combination then return the lever to its normal position.

Tips & Warnings

• When setting your combination, use numbers that are easy to remember or write it down somewhere secure in case you forget it.
