How to Print Multiple Coupons
You may have signed up with a company whose products you like, in order to receive special discount offers and coupons. The company might email them to you directly, or give you a link to a special website for you to access. Sometimes there may be multiple coupons, such as a chain bookstore offering 15 percent off of music CDs, 30 percent off of any new DVD and 40 percent off of a best-selling book in one email document or a single webpage. You may also find coupons via tips from friends or while browsing the Internet. You will want to print the multiple coupons, and then use them for the different discount offers.

Click on the email message from the company sending you coupons if the coupon images are in your email message. Turn on your printer if it is not already on, and make sure it is plugged in to your computer.

Click on the "Print" command. This might be a button in your email program, or you might need to click on something like "File," and then "Print." The page with multiple coupons will then print out.

Click on the link to a website for the coupons. The link may be customized for your identity, including your name, email address or other personalizing information in the URL.

Click on the "Print" link on the page if there is one, or click on something like "File," and then "Print" in your web browser.

Remove the printed page of coupons from your printer. Cut out each coupon with a pair of scissors, and bring the coupons with you to the store when you want to use them. Take note of the expiration date, and mark it on your calendar or to-do list if you think you might forget to use them before the coupons expire.

Print out extra copies of the coupons, if the company permits it. The company may prohibit you from printing extra copies of the coupons, such as by including a unique code in the coupon, connecting it to your identity. Look for any notices warning you about using facsimiles. In some cases, you might be permitted to use one coupon per visit to the store, per day.

Click on check boxes for each coupon you are interested in when visiting a website that keeps track of Internet coupon offers. Then click on something like, "Print Multiple Coupons" or "Print All" when you have finished making your selections.
