How to Monitor in a Waist Concealed Holster
Concealed holsters, many of which are made to be worn around the waist, are ideal for discreetly carrying firearms. This can be a major boon for individuals who don't want to advertise the presence of their guns, especially if they are acting as undercover officers or security guards. Actively monitoring while you have a waist concealed holster may take some time to get used to, but it can be done.

1
Choose your waist concealed holster. These holsters may go inside the pants line, either along the stomach or along the small of the back. There are holsters that are sewn into undergarments, similar to certain athletic supporters, and there are also pancake holsters that are flat and conform to the shape of the wearer's body.

2
Choose your firearm. You have to choose a gun that will fit your holster and will keep a low profile. You're likely going to have to go with a mid- to small-sized caliber, with a short barrel or a compact model. Make sure that your gun fits in your holster and that it doesn't leave any unsightly or obvious bulges to reveal its presence.

Put your clothes on over your concealed waist holster and ensure that you have easy access and that the gun is concealed. Once your gun is secured then you can monitor your area.
