• Guitar with a top and bottom strap button

Instructions

1. Purchase a guitar strap online or from a musical instrument store. Guitar straps generally are adjustable for all musicians, up to 52 inches. They're also available in many fabrics and textures, including leather, nylon and suede. Custom-made guitar straps also are available.

2. The bottom of the guitar's body features a strap button, and another strap button is located on the guitar neck. Guitar straps are slotted at both ends. Slip the slotted ends over the buttons.

3. Cut off excess strap, if necessary or desired.
