      Wet your hands. Dispense a generous amount of soap into your palm.

      Wash one hand for 15 seconds. Clean under the fingernails and wash your wrist.

      Proceed to wash the other hand. Wash as instructed in Step 2.

      Rinse your hands thoroughly to remove soap residue. Let the water flow from your forearm downwards. Keep your hands lower than your elbows.

      Dry your hands using a disposable towel for each hand. Turn off the faucet with the towel after drying your hands.

  • Remove rings and bracelets prior to hand washing. Purchase hospital-grade antiseptic hand soap at a medical supply store.
