Things You'll Need

  • Black workout pants, not too baggy

  • Sleeveless workout shirt (purple or back)

  • Black sneakers

  • Silver or gray fabric paint

  • Mustache and mustache glue

  • Hair spray

  • Round brush

  • Blow dryer

  • Sweatbands or sports watch

White Goodman, portrayed by Ben Stiller in the movie "Dodgeball," is a fitness snob whose gym's logo is "Here at Globo-Gym, we're better than you, and we know it." The character is seen with bouncy, styled hair and a mustache, usually wearing his Globo-Gym sleeveless, tight-fitting shirt and causing trouble for the movie's heroes. To fully give the White Goodman impression in this costume, practice nonsensical phrases similar to those he used in the film, such as, "Nobody makes me bleed my own blood!"

Step 1

Lay the sleeveless top on a clean, flat surface. Paint the words "Globo Gym" across the top and, if desired, paint a Globo Gym logo beneath the words. The Globo Gym logo is an oblong globe with a muscular male figure in the middle, stretching out his arms. If desired, paint the Globo Gym logo underneath the image: "We're Better Than You And We Know It!"

Step 2

Put the workout pants on, and the shirt after the paint has had sufficient time to dry. Put on the sneakers as well.

Step 3

Wash hair and towel dry. Bend forward allowing hair to fall forward, and blow dry, coming or brushing forward to provide volume and lift. When hair is mostly dry, stand upright and blow dry your hair back, using the round brush to put a slight curve to the hair. Spray with hair spray.

Step 4

Apply the mustache with mustache glue. Put on the sweatbands or sports watch, and the best White Goodman attitude.
