How to Make a Simple Slide Show
Windows 7 allows a user to create a simple slide show as a Desktop background. This way, users can display on their Desktop photos of their kids, family or recent trip. Building a slide show in this way is quick and free.

Compile all of the photos that you want to use in your slide show in a folder on your desktop. Click the "Start" button in the lower-left corner of your desktop. Choose "Control Panel."

Choose "Change Desktop Background." Click the "Browse" button. Click the folder containing all the photos.

Put a check mark in the top-left box on each photo icon that appears in the main window.

Click the drop-down menu under "Change picture every" in the window. Choose the time setting that you want the pictures to change.

Click the "Save Changes" button and close all windows.
