How to Remove a Date From a Photo
When you import a digital photo to your computer, the date that photo was taken is tagged in the ID3 tags of the file. This tag information is accessible by viewing the properties of the file in the Windows operating system. If you'd like to remove this date from the file's information altogether, you can do so by going through almost the exact same process you would take to view the file in Windows.
