      Bring your Social Security card, government ID or proof of residency to Ohio Blood Plasma, Inc. (see Resources). The donation center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

      Take the physical exam, which can last up to two hours.

      Get an appointment and come back later any time to donate after you're cleared. The donation itself only takes between an hour and an hour and a half.
