How to Calculate Body Fat Ratio
Determining you body fat ratio is important if you want to know how much fat you are carrying in your body. The degree of body fat varies by sex. Women tend to have a higher proportion of body fat than men because women need the extra fat during pregnancy to supply the growing baby with food. The body fat ratio changes depending on age as well. The older you get, the higher your body fat ratio will be.
