How to Apply Glass on a Photo With PhotoImpact
Ulead PhotoImpact is a full featured photo editing and enhancing program that you can use to create digital art. It has a vast library of effects that let you manipulate your photos, such as "embossed," "water colored" or "bricks texture." Another useful effect called "Translucent Glass" converts the appearance of your image's surface to glass. You can apply this effect to your photo to make it look reflective.
