Homemade Gold Jewelry Cleaning Solution

Things You'll Need

• 1 tsp. ammonia
• 1 tsp. dish detergent
• Bowl
• Spoon
• Soft bristled brush
• Soft cloths

Instructions

1. Mix 1 tsp. of ammonia, 1 tsp. of dish detergent and 1 cup of warm water in a bowl with a spoon.

2. Place the gold jewelry into the cleaning solution, and allow it to soak for five minutes.

3. Brush the gold jewelry with a soft bristled brush, or wipe it with a soft cloth to remove any remaining dirt or residue.

4. Rinse the jewelry with cool water.

5. Dry the gold jewelry with a soft cloth.
