Instructions

    • 1

Place the Styrofoam sheet on a flat surface. Note; Styrofoam residue is messy, so cut the sheet in an area away from carpets or grass as these areas are difficult to clean.

    • 2

Use your compass to draw a circular plate. Draw the plate to your desired specifications.

    • 3

Take the serrated knife and cut along the circular line. Cut using vertical motions, but exercise caution while doing so. Remember to turn the sheet while cutting to properly cut the circle.

    • 4

Cut the plate to the specified width.

    • 5

Draw another circle inside the cut-out plate. This circle will serve as the plate's indented bowl.

    • 6

Cut the outline circle. Do not cut all the way through the plate. Using a spoon, crave out the outlined circle to create a small indent. Smooth out the indent by using sandpaper to remove any excess Styrofoam.
