Instructions

    • 1

Cover your nose and mouth with the face mask so that you do not breathe any of the fumes given off by the soap mixture. Protect your eyes with the goggles and your hands with the gloves.

    • 2

Pour distilled water in a mop bucket. Add lye to the distilled water.

    • 3

Stir the mixture with the paint stirrer. Continue stirring for five minutes.

    • 4

Take the bucket containing the mixture outside and sit it on a flat surface.

    • 5

Pour the Essential oil and moisturizing oils into another bucket. Mix the oils with a separate paint stirrer for two minutes.

    • 6

Pour the bucket containing the lye mixture into the bucket containing the oils.

    • 7

Stir the mixture swiftly with one of the paint stirrers. It does not matter which one you use. Continue stirring for one hour.

    • 8

Pour the mixture into the mold you want your soap to look like. Sit the mold in the refrigerator and remove your protective gear. Allow the soap to set for five days before removing it from the mold.
