How to Make a Vegan Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Vegan cooking uses foods that contain no animal products of any kind. This can be surprisingly difficult. One thing that many vegans think they must give up are grilled cheese sandwiches. After all, both cheese and butter comes from an animal. Happily there are vegan alternatives to these ingredients available at health food stores, putting grilled cheese sandwiches back on the menu. The choice of which products to use is a personal one, so don't be afraid to try different combinations. Does this Spark an idea?
