How to Thread a New Singer Sewing Machine

Things You'll Need

• Thread

Instructions

1. Turn on your new Singer sewing machine and place the spool of thread you wish to use on the correct spool.

2. Move the needle to its highest position by turning the hand wheel towards you.

3. Place and hook the thread under the threader.

4. Gently push down on the threader until the hooked end passes through the needle's eye.

5. Move the thread into the hooked end and pull it forward.

6. Release the threader and thread simultaneously and the needle will automatically be threaded.
